Effect of repeated gonadotropin stimulation on ovarian reserves and proliferation of ovarian surface

Linlin LIANG, Bei XU, Guijin ZHU

Frontiers of Medicine 2009, Volume 3, Issue 2,   Pages 220-226 doi: 10.1007/s11684-009-0037-2

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of repeated ovarian stimulation (OS) on the ovarian folliculartotal of 75 mice were enrolled in this experiment and randomly assigned into three groups: repeated ovarianIn the three groups, the single ovarian stimulation treatment significantly increased the mean numberRepeated ovarian stimulation also tended to decrease normal follicles of primary follicles (66.67%) andIn conclusion, single ovarian stimulation may produce more oocytes/embryos.

Frontiers of Medicine 2017, Volume 11, Issue 2,   Pages 214-222 doi: 10.1007/s11684-017-0518-7

Abstract: Dysfunctional miR-9 expression remains ambiguous, and no consensus on the metastatic progression of ovarianresults confirmed that miR-9 could directly target this 3′-UTR. miR-9 and E-cadherin expression in ovarianThe results showed that miR-9 was frequently upregulated in metastatic serous ovarian cancer tissue comparedThus, our study demonstrates that miR-9 may promote ovarian cancer metastasis via targeting E-cadherinand a novel potential therapeutic approach to control metastasis of ovarian cancer.

Development Path and Mode for Rural Revitalization in Qinba Mountain Area under the Nature Reserve System

Lei Huixia, Jing Bo, Zhu Yiping

Strategic Study of CAE 2020, Volume 22, Issue 1,   Pages 96-110 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2020.01.010

Abstract:

This study aims to solve some practical problems existing in the Qinba Mountain Area including the scattered spatial distribution of rural residents, its prominent contradiction with the nature reserves, the outflow of rural population, the weak industrial economy, and the loss of environmental characteristics. Based on the idea of constructing a reserved natural area system centering on national parks, the development path of rural revitalization and differentiated development modes are proposed, which accord with regional features and coordinate protection with development. A rural revitalization strategy suitable for the Qinba Mountain Area is also actively explored through specific measures, including adjustment of rural residential space, development of rural green industry, construction of rural characteristic landscape, and improvement of rural service system. The research results reveal that coordinated and sustainable development of ecological protection, cultural heritage, and rural revitalization can be realized in the Qinba Mountain Area by effectively coordinating the development relationship between villages and nature reserves.
